Capturing Brand Voice with Precision

Writing on behalf of a Fortune 100 brand required more than strong writing; it required understanding how a storied company communicates its values through every sentence.

For the internal newsroom series A Day in a New York Life, I wrote an employee spotlight celebrating a high-performing employee while faithfully reflecting the company’s established editorial voice.

Before writing a single word, I approached the newsroom like a language study, absorbing its distinct tone—warm, polished, and purpose-driven—and the subtle ways the series reinforced company culture through storytelling.

After interviewing the featured employee, I shaped the conversation into a publish-ready article that matched the editorial team’s standards so closely it was published without edits.

Founding a Brand Identity Beyond Amazon & eBay

As Tredoni expanded beyond Amazon and eBay, I partnered with the founder to define the brand’s identity for its first direct-to-consumer website.

Together, we developed the company’s messaging framework, including its mission statement, tagline, website copy, product descriptions, and About page; creating a cohesive brand experience that translated decades of manufacturing expertise into a customer-facing story centered on quality, reliability, and trust.
